Who we are
Complete Print & Design (ABN operated from Unit 1, 17 Brendan Drive, Nerang QLD 4211) collects personal information to quote, produce, and communicate about print, signage, display, and design jobs. We are an Australian family business. This notice is written for the Australian Privacy Principles (OAIC) and, for marketing messages, the Spam Act (ACMA).
What we collect and why
Quote and contact forms collect your name, email, phone, business name where relevant, job notes, and optional artwork files. We use that information to identify the request, quote or produce the work, send a transactional confirmation, and follow up personally. We do not use quote or contact confirmation emails to send offers or cross-sell. Optional marketing updates are collected only if you tick a separate, unticked consent box.
Where information is stored
Website hosting is on Vercel. Durable quote/contact records and private artwork objects are on Vercel Blob. Short-lived fencing, upload grants, and rate limits use Upstash Redis. Transactional email is sent with Resend. If analytics is enabled, Google Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights receive non-identifying usage events — not your quote contents, email address, or phone number. The contact page embeds Google Maps; Google receives the request needed to display that map. Processors may store data in the United States or other locations outside Australia. We use them because they operate the website, object storage, cache, and email we rely on.
Overseas disclosure
Vercel, Vercel Blob, Upstash, Resend, and Google (analytics, if enabled) may handle personal information outside Australia, including the United States. We do not sell personal information. We do not publish artwork as public URLs.
Retention
Operational website outbox records are kept as a private working copy for about 90 days, then reviewed for export and deletion. We do not auto-delete open, failed, or unresolved jobs. Quote and production files may be kept for as long as needed to complete the job and handle a related enquiry. Marketing consent proof, if you opted in, is kept only as long as needed to show what you agreed to, then minimised. You can ask us to delete or de-identify information that we no longer need.
Access and correction
Email hello@completeprint.design with your name, the reference number from your confirmation (if you have one), and what you want to access or correct. We will verify it is you before releasing details.
Marketing consent
Marketing is optional, separate from requesting a quote or sending a message, and off unless you tick the box. We store the consent version, the wording you saw, the time, and the form it came from. Withdraw anytime by emailing us. We will not send marketing to an address that has complained or been permanently bounced.
Artwork files
If you upload files, you confirm you have authority to supply them. We hold them privately for quoting and production. They are not scanned as a malware-free guarantee on the public website. Ask us if you want files deleted after the quote.
Complaints
Contact hello@completeprint.design or 07 5596 3767 first. If we cannot resolve your concern, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au. For marketing/spam complaints you may also contact the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA).
