From enquiry to collection or dispatch

Accept and pay
Once you accept the quotation and proceed to payment, a tax invoice is emailed for your records and your job is activated in our system.

Artwork and proof
We create your artwork or check your supplied files, then send a printing proof for your examination.

Production
When you confirm the proof is correct, your job proceeds into print production.

Collection or dispatch
Upon completion, your job is dispatched to the provided destination or you are notified that it is ready for collection.

How fast can you turn jobs around?
Turnaround depends on the product and quantity. Tell us your deadline in the quote form and we'll confirm what's possible before anything goes to print.
Can I request delivery?
We welcome individual and business enquiries across the Gold Coast, Tweed, South East Queensland, Wide Bay and Burnett, and elsewhere in Australia. Production and pickup are in Nerang. Delivery availability, cost and timing are confirmed for each job.
